Pregnant women and
newborns |
Pregnant women with the expected delivery date
falling within the next four weeks are required to have their
doctor's written consent to fly. The medical examination must
be registered no less than seven days before the flight.
Doctors advise parents not to take children under
seven days of age on the flight.

Services for the
disabled |
We offer a number of special services for disabled
passengers during boarding and departure from the plane as well
as during the flight, including providing a wheelchair. Please
note that disabled passengers must inform airline representatives
that such services will be needed when booking a flight, no less
than 72 hours before departure.
Disabled passengers must also have a certificate
stating that they have undergone medical examination. The airline
can refuse to render its services to disabled passengers if their
physical state presents a danger to the flight's security or creates
discomfort for other passengers.

Traveling with children
|
An adult passenger may take one child under two
years of age on-board with a 90% discount (without a separate
seat). The transportation quota for a child's luggage is 10 kilograms.
A passenger can book a separate seat for the child but in this
case, he will have to pay the full price of a ticket for children
under 12 years of age. For second, third or more children under
two years of age traveling with an adult, passengers are required
to purchase tickets for children under 12 years of age.
The cost of the ticket for children under 12 is
usually 75% of a full fare ticket for adults. Certain conditions
apply to discounts on special fares. The ticket includes a seat
on-board and free baggage transportation according to the class
of service.

| Children
traveling alone |
Children aged 8-12 may travel alone under the supervision of
our crew on international airlines and will be entitled to our
child discount fare. Aside from a passport and visa, children
are also required to have an application and declaration filled
out by their parents for transporting children under 12. Children
aged 2-8 travel on a full-fare adult ticket and airline personnel
will make a note in the ticket "child requires care". In this
case, the airline bears full responsibility for the child from
the point of departure to the final destination.

| Traveling
with pets |
If you decide to take your pet with
you on your flight please notify the company's representative
when booking a seat or purchasing a ticket and get acquainted
with the rules of the country of destination regarding pets.
In order to take a pet on the flight, you must receive
a veterinary certificate at a state veterinary clinic as well
as an authorization to take your pet abroad.
